Supply of Bactroban products
GSK advises of a temporary disruption to the supply of Bactroban Cream (mupirocin calcium cream, 2% w/w), Bactroban Ointment and Bactroban Nasal Ointment (mupirocin calcium ointment, 2% w/w) in Australia.
This may mean that some pharmacies will experience intermittent stock-outs of these products.
GSK Australia has informed the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). There are no safety risks associated with these stock-outs.
