Our people and the communities in which they operate are essential to our success. We focus on building their individual capabilities and aim to support and empower them to be the best they can be.
Living our mission starts from within. It is important our employees are proud of the work they do, the company they work for and the contributions they make.
We are committed to supporting our employees on their career journey by developing the skills and capabilities of our people, offering a range of development programs to help them progress along their career path.
Our focus on people is not just about our staff. We work closely with local and global communities to support people who need it most.
Globally we work with a number of organisations to provide humanitarian donations to those in need. We provided donations to more than 80 countries across the world.
Since its launch in 2009, our employee volunteering program, PULSE, has sent nearly 560 employees from 57 countries to serve 103 non-profits around the world. It has also provided over $35 million worth of skilled services to our partners.
Our Australian staff volunteered more than 1,200 hours through our corporate volunteering program ‘Orange Day’ supporting community organisations like the Abbotsford Convent, Fareshare, OzHarvest and many others.
