Disease areas of interest

GSK Australia’s disease areas of interest change periodically. For 2017, we are seeking to invest in independent medical education in Australia in the following areas of scientific interest and patient need:

 

Respiratory Vaccine preventable diseases and pathogens Urology
Asthma Hepatitis A Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia
COPD Hepatitis B  
Severe Asthma Malaria  
  Rabies  
  Meningococcal Disease  
  Influenza  
  Pertussis  
  Maternal Immunisation  
  Managing Vaccines Hesitancy & Practice  

 

Applications addressing GSK Australia’s disease areas of interest can only be made once per year and must be made on the Independent Medical Education Application form, found on the Applications – process and forms page.

Requests for Proposal


In addition to the above disease areas of interest, GSK Australia may post at any time ‘Requests for Proposal’ (RFP) to undertake independent medical education. These may or may not be in the above disease areas of interest.

Applications in response to a ‘Request for Proposal’ must be received by the closing date as specified for each RFP. Applications received after this date will not be reviewed.

Applications in response to a ‘Request for Proposal’ must be made on the Independent Medical Education Application form, found on the Applications – process and forms page.
